Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@snowgallery.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to request a return in writing for the item you have (within 30 days), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

25-Year Quality Guarantee

These prints are designed last you a lifetime. However, "lifetime" is hard to define, isn't it? So we figure a quarter-century is a good place to start. This guarantee extends to all fine art prints, but not to other secondary brand merchandise we might offer such as post cards, stickers, mugs, etc. The guarantee is here to help you realize the care and precision that goes into making each print, and conveys our confidence in the use of the highest quality archival papers, inks, and mounting substrates.

This guarantee does require some work on your part. Hanging any piece of art in direct, harsh sunlight will reduce its lifespan – the sun is a powerful thing. Excess handling of unframed or mounted paper with bare hands may create fingerprints that will be nearly impossible to remove. Your best friend's new Scooby-Doo puppy, whose rambunctious antics tend to create a bull-in-a-china-shop effect, is also beyond our control. 

And, if more than 30 days have passed and you realize you should've spent the money on a new iPad and a Disney+ subscription instead of a beautiful piece of rare art, we hope this causes you treasure your purchase even more. Returns are not available for buyer's remorse, and the 25-Year Quality Guarantee isn't either.
